For years, I have served as a helpful savant to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice about life and spirit. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and my curious wonderings about our society. I founded The Modest Perspicacious Librarian with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, to increase my circle of friends, to broaden conversations, and to learn from various perspectives.

Hello! Welcome! I'm a librarian, but I've been curating content for a lifetime. We all have. Here at ModPers, I define content as any piece of information that is delightful, interesting, and most importantly, useful. We use what we need, we discard what we don't. Sometimes, we keep content that we should let go of, sometimes, we need content but don't know where to find it. I believe we are all here to learn and love. I want to help you curate desired content (information) from people, books, notes, images, audio, nature, and thought. I use the word curate to express a well-thought-out collection of content to aid you in your everyday life. Let's learn together!
